I am an American-born facilitator, leadership development partner, strategic alignment consultant and executive coach, who has worked with great success in the US, Europe and Asia since 2001. My clients range from Fortune 500 multinationals to international and local non-profit organizations and their executives.

I believe “business is personal”.  Without an authentic personal touch, leaders, their teams and the business, lack trust, are unable to perform to full potential, and find it difficult to translate the investment of their time and energy into bottom line business results they seek.

My passion starts with helping people discover their genuine aspirations, as well as areas holding them back from fully realizing those aspirations. Together we develop techniques to mitigate or expand appropriately, create successful mindsets and behaviors, and practices for sustainability.

My personal satisfaction comes from developing long-term relationships with my clients. Acting not only as coach, facilitator and designer, but also a trusted advisor as they navigate their worlds. I have been fortunate to assist in private moments as well as board meetings and much more.

I lead partnering programs for businesses, government entities and contractors to assist in delivering on time, on budget projects to successfully meet mutual goals.

I assist Executive Teams by consulting and facilitating Strategic Alignment, Succession Planning and Change Management, in which I consistently here teams say, “We have never accomplished so much in such a short time”.

I specialize in helping leaders and teams develop courageous leadership skills for improved team and business communications.

Since 2005, I have been privileged to design and facilitate an annual leadership development program, and maintain coaching relationships with executives at Bertelsmann, a top European based global media company.

I also worked with McKinsey Consulting for which cross-cultural communication and integration is paramount. I facilitated and coached programs focused on multi-national teams and emerging leaders. I assisted many of the people I coached in becoming partners within the firm, as well as becoming leaders within Fortune 500 companies, or entrepreneurs of their own enterprise.

This passion for helping individual leaders expands to their teams and organizations, and I enjoy co-creating solutions with all.

Most recently, I was part of a team working with Thunderbird University and Zurich Insurance to create a major cultural shift, moving from a process focused mindset to a client centered one.  We facilitated this worldwide effort from the top down, starting with a series of workshops and executive coaching efforts, helping people at all levels embrace change, creativity and risk taking. We have a measurable ROI from this effort.

In addition to my years of international experience, my background is in communications, technology-related work with the NASDAQ, Pacific and Chicago Stock Exchanges. I have studied leadership, improvisation and creativity skill building with Corporate Scenes and Second City. I am Professional Certified Coach, with the International Coaching Federation. I am a contributing author in the book, “No Winner Ever Got There Without A Coach”. I have volunteered and delivered leadership development in Cambodia with Angkor Hospital for Children. I am certified in a number of 360 instruments.

I currently reside in Colorado. After living in Paris and completing a 50mile bike ride in the snow, part of my heart remains in Paris, and the other on a 10k foot pass in Colorado. In my free time you will find me practicing my deplorable French and Spanish, getting outside for a run, bicycle ride, skiing, hiking, reading, or cooking dinner for friends.
