It was my great pleasure to learn from Catherine during Zurich’s leadership development program. Catherine’s contagious enthusiasm and passion for what she does is clear, but what I really liked was her attention to the personal details and ability to see what is needed by each group and each individual. She is outrageously authentic and compelling as a coach and – beyond any doubt – extremely effective.
