I had the opportunity to work with Catherine on two separate occasions for the first two segments of the Bertelsmann Leadership Program. The sessions she led were informative and productive, and led me to insights about myself and my colleagues which have proven invaluable in my subsequent professional life. Her ability to cut through the clutter and help me focus on what is truly at issue, and to do so with humor and grace, is an impressive and enviable skill which I think could benefit anyone. I would welcome the chance to work with her again, to see what else I could learn.
