I began working with Catherine when we were rolling out a major culture change initiative to several leadership levels at a global company. I am honored to write about her high quality of facilitation.
What I’ve observed over the years, is that Catherine has a powerful and meaningful means to connect with participants in a warm and professional way. Her delivery is energetic and full of exercises that not only get the participants moving around, but also thinking about their learning and its impact on their real world business interactions. In fact, she designed an experiential exercise that was enthusiastically accepted by her colleagues and our client. Another strong aspect of Catherine’s facilitation skills is that she often adapted to the participant’s needs, in that, if the class wanted more understanding on a leadership or communication topic, she was able to take the necessary time, and give real world examples to further participant understanding. From an operational point of view, Catherine is delightful, kind, and professional.
