In my experience, Catherine is a very competent facilitator of learning with senior level people, including consultants from the top five consulting firms who have graduated in the top 10% from the top graduate schools (Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, etc.) with PhD.’s, M.D.’s, and the like. I have participated as a colleague in her workshops and two-week long development programs, and have been highly impressed at her ability to communicate complex concepts, relate to her audience, and coach. She always receives excellent evaluations from this very difficult and critical audience. She is resourceful, supportive of her participants and also, equally importantly, her colleagues. Plus she brings a great sense of humor, and a love of life to her work, which makes her terrific to work with. I highly recommend her.
