Catherine and I have known one another several years as she facilitated Zurich Insurance’s Mastering Service Excellence Program. It has been a pleasure working with her; she has consistently shown herself to be an expertly skilled facilitator. Catherine was able to engage participants despite the fact that the organization was undertaking major structural changes, which understandably created a challenging learning environment. Catherine showed tremendous compassion for participants, and the desire to maintain focus for the learning objectives for the company. I have found her to be very practical and knows what works / doesn’t work in organizations – this on top of her professional and fun personality make it a pleasure working with her. I would gladly collaborate with Catherine again in the future.
